Accessories:

Head changer
1 vertical boring and milling head, an angular boring and drilling head as well as a lathe adapter and two 6-fold holders are taken from a disk magazine containing a total of 6 head nests using the pick-up method via a hydraulic clamping system with mechanical catch, and attached by force-fit and interlock onto the chisel slide. The magazine is fixed on the right of the cross-beam.

Positioning adapter and multiple cutting chisel holder
The standardised positioning adapter for cutting chisel holders is removed from the head changer system using the pick-up method and held in position force-fit and interlocked on the chisel slide by means of a chuck system.
The multiple cutting chisel holder is removed with the positioning adapter from the storage station, swivelled across a Hirth-cogging level and positioned.
Equipped: either with 6 cassette or shaft tools,
max. cutting force: 50 kN for cassette tools, 75 kN for shaft tools,
min. penetration diameter 450 mm

Chip transporting device
Capacity 1.8 m³/h with 2 chip transporters alongside the faceplate in the y-direction and one conveyer arranged across this which discharges the chips outside the working area at a height of approx. 1600 mm.

Angular boring and milling head WB 1
The angular boring and milling head has been designed for machining tasks in the 90° angle range. It is removed from the 6-station magazine and inserted into the chisel cutter using the pick-up method, with automatic tool clamping and inner coolant feed.

Operating platform
Can be moved independently up and down and in the x-direction. The complete machine controls are located in the swivelling control desk in the closed cabin. Exit to the front is possible following agreement with the local safety authorities. There is room for the storage of 10 SK50 tools provided.
