One of 2 full load test stands for 4.5 MW wind-power
transmission in a new state-of-the-art transmission mechanism.
The test systems fully integrated into the ongoing transmission
manufacture achieve top availability values in this case.
Richter Maschinenfabrik AG equipped the systems with the
following mechanical module assemblies:
- Ground-centering station
- The test stand cassette with the dimensions 6,300 x
5,000 x 3,500 mm and a weight of 96 t
- Various different gear supports as adapters to the
cassette
- Motor and generator brackets for drive units
- 1 Automated pivot and turn equipment for the
introduction
of the transmission into the transmission supports
